FAMILY FOCUS

BTI’s  most recent and innovative program is Family Focus, initiated in January 2000.  This pioneering program will serve a critical unmet need as the first and only program in Allegheny County providing transitional housing to large, intact homeless families.

The primary focus is to meet the housing needs of large, intact homeless families, consisting of a mother and father, who are married or who can document a stable relationship.

Assistance will be given in the areas of life skills training, employment, housing assistance, and self-sufficiency.
